By making this reservation you understand and accept the following terms and conditions:

DEPOSIT- We require a $200-$300 damage deposit due by credit card at the time of the rental for all rentals. On special event  days carts must be picked up by 2pm unless otherwise arranged beforehand. If you show up late, you miss out without refund, sorry. 

GOLF CART LAWS- Operators must be 22 Years of age and have a valid driver's license on their person. Must have proof of insurance ready at the time of rental. The person who made the reservation must be present at the time of rental unless otherwise authorized by AB Cart Rental in advance by email. You guarantee the cart will be operated in a manner consistent with Ohio State Laws regarding motor vehicles. Children drivers are illegal. Open alcohol containers or drug use is illegal. The only place to legally drink alcohol is inside bars, restaurants and hotels. If you drink or possess open alcohol or drugs on or about your cart, parked or driving, you are breaking the law. If you break a law before you return your cart, your rental is over and the cart can be impounded without refund or deposit.

LATE RETURN OR DAMAGE- If you return the cart more than 10 minutes late you will be charged $20 per hour or $100 tow or whichever comes first. If the cart is damaged you will be charged for replacement parts and $50/hr labor to repair it as well as loss of use charges, billed at the current rental rates, until the cart is back in service.

CANCELLATION POLICY

You must email your cancellation to this website at least 7 days prior to your reservation date to be issued a full refund. In the case that you made your reservation less than 7 days before your arrival date, there is no refund. We hold your reservation and turn away other customers so there will be NO REFUND for NO SHOWS or RAINY DAYS! Keep your date-stamped cancellation email to this website as your receipt because it is your only proof in case of a dispute that you contacted us to cancel in the allotted time.
